Today's Topic is the NCAA tourney and/or college basketball..
Tell any story related to the tournament or college basketball.. My story would be the 1987 Toruney. My dad went to Temple and that made me a Temple fan. With Marc Macon I think they won like 15 straight games or something and were ranked #1. I had high hopes for them, but they lost to Duke in the game to get them to the Final Four.. I never forget following the team that year and being real hopeful. I don't think Macon did that much after that year, but it was a great run.

The most memorable tournament moment for me was when N.C. beat Michigan in 1994, when Chris Webber called that timeout his team didn't have. The only reason it is so memorable is because I won money on the Sweet 16 pool we had.
I'm a Penn State fan - yes I went there (not like those Notre Dame fans - most of which have no affiliation for the team, but like to follow them because they follow front-runners). I follow PSU through thick and thin - and when it comes to men's college basketball, there has been a lot of thin. So, I don't have many memories of the tournament because Penn State hardly ever makes it (although they did beat UNC a few years ago, which was cool).
Yea... damn Reddick for disappearing... damn him! If I would have had to guess, I would have thought that Sheldon Williams would have had a rougher time against 'Big Baby' but Sheldon had a great tourney, just no support when it counted. Oh well. At least I know they will be ranked #1 at some point next year.
The Crispin brothers played for PSU, they were a couple of really good high school players back in the day.
Oh well. Guess I will have to root for 'Nova since just about my whole company went there.
